How can I place an order?

With just a few clicks, you can order your favorite items: select the product, click 'Add to Cart', enter your details, and we will take care of a fast and smooth delivery!

Are the shipping costs free?

Warmood has paid. All your shipping costs are on our account in Switzerland. So they are absolutely free for you.

 

How long is the delivery time?

If you order before 5 PM, the package will be processed on the same day. It may take up to 2 hours for your order to be processed and shipped. Delivery of the package takes between 5 and 8 days.

 

Can I track my order?

You can do this under the section 'Track Your Order'. You can find this section at the top and bottom of the website.

 

Can I return or exchange my order?

You can return your order within 30 days of receiving the goods.

Are the products in stock on the website?

All products that can be added to the cart are in stock. If this is not the case, we will contact you and you will receive a full refund.
